If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us via email within 7 days after the item has been delivered to you. Please attach photos in the email along with proof of purchase. Damaged or defective items reported after 7 days will NOT be accepted.
Approved returns are given store credit only. There are NO refunds! Refunds are only approved if you received the wrong size or a defective item.
Please note we do NOT provide return shipping labels. You are responsible to cover all shipping costs. If you were sent the wrong size we will cover shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
We recommend if your item is over $75 to purchase shipping insurance from your choice of carrier. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.
